Therefor I created this compact portable smoker. for the non compromised traveler. made out from aluminum casting with hard anodize. it has two modes- nesting mode and cooking mode- each component is packed over another in a way that lead the smoke from the coals and wood chips at the bottom to the fish and out thru the chimney at top.
